One eligible participant will receive a $100 Amazon.com giftcard.
To be eligible to win, the participant must fill out the entire survey and provide a valid email address to be contacted at. Duplicate entries from the same email address will disqualify a participant from winning.
On December 1st, 2011, all eligible participants will be placed in a random lottery and one will be selected to win the prize. The winning participant will be contacted by someone from Leaguevine and will have four weeks to respond to accept the gift. If the participant does not claim the prize, the lottery will be redone and the next winning participant will be contacted and expected to respond. This will continue until the prize is awarded to a participant.
